Site Due Diligence

Site Design Consulting
Coordination with vendors during the design process. Overseeing the production of all necessary development and construction documents with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Site Permitting
Submitting applications, plans, and other documentation to the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits and approvals from government agencies and other regulatory bodies in order to carry out construction.
Construction Management
Manage all aspects of construction including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, ensuring the project in completed on time and in budget. Coordinating all vendors, contractors, suppliers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently. The Sims Group also offers in house generally contracting services.
